Clark Tomlinson
President and Owner

Clark and his partner Dave Bomberger founded Tomlinson Bomberger Lawn Care & Landscape, Inc. in 1981. They both worked at the Lancaster Country Club Golf Course prior to starting the business. Clark and his wife Beth, along with their five children have all worked in the business in varying capacities over the last twenty years. Clark would like to thank all of our loyal clients and the dedicated co-workers for helping in the growth of the Company. Clark is a graduate of Millersville University with a BA in Psychology and a Masters in Counselor Education.
Beth Tomlinson

Beth has been a member of the Tomlinson Bomberger team since the company started in 1981. Her involvement began with managing office operations from the Tomlinson home. Beth worked as office manager for 21 years before becoming the Executive Administrator. Beth’s capacity for multi-tasking is a great asset to the executive team.
Don Long

Don joined Tomlinson Bomberger in 2009. Prior to that Don earned an accounting degree from Penn State and then applied his skills to clients varying widely in industry, size and structure working as a CPA for the accounting/consulting firm of KPMG Peat Marwick. That 11-years instilled in him the importance of client and customer-based service as the key to building relationships necessary to the success and growth of a business. Don spent years after KPMG in a few businesses of varying challenges, serving in some instances as chief financial officer, but also had been chief operating and chief executive officers and Director for nearly as many years. Don’s on-going goal at Tomlinson Bomberger is to facilitate a culture of high quality and client service and to provide what is needed for all co-workers to assure customers of complete satisfaction.

Diane Fallan

Diane’s position has grown with increased responsibility since her start in February 2001. As a Tomlinson Bomberger customer since 1995, Diane was familiar with the services that the Company provided. As the Office Manager, she assists the Controller with numerous accounting tasks and also supervises some of our Client Service Representatives who frequently handle client questions and concerns.
Nancy Long

Nancy joined us as Human Resources Administrator in May of 2016. She brings with her over 17 years of Human Resources experience which included employee relations, recruitment and hiring, benefits administration and workers compensation. In this role, Nancy serves as a generalist, supporting the Company in various areas of the Human Resources function, with a major goal of attracting and maintaining coworkers who share our core values. Nancy has a BSBA degree in Human Resource Management from Shippensburg University and is a member of both the local and national chapters of SHRM.

Liz became involved with the family business in 2007 in a sales support role. She now serves as Receptionist and is usually the first person greeting people that are calling or visiting Tomlinson Bomberger. Sherri began working with Tomlinson Bomberger in 2016. In her position as Accounting Assistant, with the focal point of Accounts Payable, she utilizes her education and experience from a variety of business environments. When assisting the Controller with varied accounting tasks, her attention to detail and accuracy is an asset. Sherri also assists with client services as needed. She is a graduate of Central Penn College with an ASB Degree in Accounting and has 20 + years in multiple accounting roles throughout her career. As the original account manager for Tomlinson Bomberger, Bob’s goal has been to assist customers in managing their properties. Educating and interacting with people is most enjoyable. His educational background is a B.S. in Geology from Penn State and an MBA from Shippensburg. This education provides him with skills to handle diverse situations. In addition, his practical experience as a technician, grounds manager and operations manager allow Bob to communicate effectively with each individual. Strong positive relationships are the keys to complete customer satisfaction.

Since 1999, Greg has been involved in the family-owned business when he began working part-time as a Lawn Care Technician and Landscape Crew Leader. After graduating from the University of Scranton with a degree in Human Resource Management and a Minor in Business, Greg began working full time with the Landscape team. He then moved into the Pest Control side of the business where he spent several years. Most recently Greg served as a Residential Account Manager and has transitioned into the role of Marketing Coordinator. As he learns more about the business, what he enjoys most is interacting and serving both clients and coworkers alike. Greg appreciates all of the great relationships he has established with his clients and is grateful to the many people who have helped him grow personally and professionally. Greg resides in Manheim Township with his wife Juliana and their dog Arthur.

Paul brings a combination of hands-on and design experience to his role as Landscape Designer at Tomlinson Bomberger. Since 2003 Paul has been engaged in various aspects of the landscape industry including landscape and hardscape installation, master planning, stormwater management and landscape design at both residential and commercial levels. In addition to his Landscape Architecture Degree obtained from Penn State University, Paul is a certified ICPI Concrete Paver and NCMA Segmental Retaining Wall installer. As a part of Tomlinson Bomberger team, Paul endeavors to provide functional solutions that instill innovation and aesthetic enrichment to client landscapes.

Dave has had a diverse experience working in the Landscape industry since 2001. As a laborer, foreman, and project manager, Dave worked on hundreds of properties installing hardscape and softscape elements such as patios, retaining walls, and plantings of all sorts over the years. He joined our team in early 2012 as a crew leader and has enhanced many properties for our satisfied clients, including an award-winning project. His client-focused approach and strong work ethic enabled Dave to transition into the position of Landscape Designer with our team in early 2016.

For over 20 years, Matt has been involved in all aspects of landscape installation and maintenance. Matt became a member of the Tomlinson Bomberger team in 2004 and has continually utilized his experience to add value to the services we provide to our customers. Since moving into a TBLL account manager position, Matt became an ISA Certified Arborist to further help his clients maintain/improve the health and appearance of the lawns and landscapes under his watchful care. In his free time, Matt can be found helping to coach basketball to Lancaster County youth at various levels.

Now as a residential account manager, this energetic ISA Certified Arborist hopes to further utilize her talents and experience to provide her customers with valuable and colorful solutions.

As a Penn State University graduate in Landscape Design and Business Management, Ron previously worked in an Elizabethtown landscaping/nursery business serving both residential and commercial customers before joining Tomlinson Bomberger in 2011.

With over 25 years of experience in the Turf, Ornamental and Landscape Industry, Jon brings many years of both Sales and Field experience as a licensed Pa Pesticide applicator. He spent the previous 12 years as a distributor rep providing the products used in the Landscape Industry including golf courses and athletic fields’. Jon is a graduate of Penn State University’s Turf-grass and Plant Science Management program. As a commercial account manager Jon’s extensive background in the industry gives him the knowledge to create and help implement the proper programs for his clients. He strives to stay creative in keeping his clients up to date on new products and services while also helping to benefit their facility budgeting needs. Jon enjoys spending his free time with his wife Rebecca and their five children.

He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Albright College and his MBA with a concentration in Operations Management from American InterContinental University. At Tomlinson Bomberger since 1999, Mike currently oversees all landscape design and installation, landscape maintenance, tree pruning and removal, mowing and snow removal services for the Company.

His conscientious work ethic and attention to customer satisfaction has helped us to develop an award-winning tree service. He brings with him over 12 years of experience in the pest management industry, and has been exceeding customer expectations in a service capacity for over 20 years. Rob has extensive experience in all areas of pest management including termite control, bedbug control, as well as urban and suburban pest control in both residential and commercial environments. Rob also brings considerable experience working in food service and food processing/packaging/distribution environments. Rob leads a team of well trained, certified pest control operators who are eager to provide solutions for all of your pest concerns.

Brian has worked for a number of garages in the County and with various equipment for 15 years at Trojan Yacht in Lancaster. Since joining Tomlinson Bomberger in 1994, he has seen growth from a group of a few trucks to a fleet of over 60 vehicles. His effective oversight of maintenance of the Company’s fleet, as well as equipment used to provide its services, is key to the goal of meeting service expectations of customers. In addition to responsibility for internal needs, Brian manages the Company’s provision of maintenance services, including those of a State Inspection Station, to outside 3rd-party fleets and vehicles.

Until his retirement in 2009, Dave had been a business partner with Clark Tomlinson since the Company’s inception in 1981. Dave was actively involved in the daily business of the Company serving as the Vice-President of the Company as well as the Manager of the Athletic Field Division. Before establishing the Company, Dave graduated from Penn State University in 1975 with a degree in Turf-grass Management and then went on to serve as the Assistant Golf Course Superintendent at Lancaster Country Club.
Gerry Impink

Gerry’s Green Industry career began in 1989. He has experience as a nurseryman, landscaper, landscape designer, lawn technician, tree & shrub specialist, tree care operations manager, as well as a property manager for a townhouse and condominium complex. This varied background enables Gerry to help his coworkers “be the best they can be” as they provide our clients with quality service. Gerry retired from full-time employment with Tomlinson Bomberger in early 2014, but still remains available as a resource to our organization.
In Memoriam: Bob Mentzer
Commercial Account Manager
Bob was with Tomlinson Bomberger for 15 years. He was involved in just about every aspect of the Green Industry. His experiences as a lawn and tree specialist, tree/shrub operations manager, and several years as an account manager, allowed him to gain a full understanding of how work is performed start to finish. Bob attended Temple University and was a ISA Certified Arborist and a Certified Turfgrass Professional. He developed many long term, mutually beneficial relationships with his clients and co-workers. He loved working at TBLL and we were blessed to have him as part of our team. He will be missed by everyone.
